We are also enabled within most of the major self booking tools like GetThere, Rearden Commerce, Symphonie and CliqBooks. Individual travelers and administrative assistants may also book us directly through our website www.lstransportation.com. You can build your own profiles and favorite locations so that its easier to book again and again. Of course, you company’s negotiated rates are available by using an assigned account number! Our friendly customer service agents are available to you 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We maintain detailed customer profiles so that when you do call us directly, the reservation process is quick and easy. As always, We look forward to being of service to you!
Special Consideration for Travel Managers
For travel managers, we understand that to effectively manage ground transportation spend, you need access to information. We offer a variety of customized reports to accomplish this. We want to ensure that you know exactly how much you’re spending and where. We are completely transparent in our fees and never charge things like “STC” or “surface transportation charge”. Our rates are pre-negotiated with you in advance and are usually all inclusive of gratuities, taxes, fuel surcharges, etc. What you are quoted is what you are charged. We also offer billing to any major corporate travel card or purchase order. Of course, we never charge for GDS bookings or online reservations. We are happy to negotiate discounted rates for your organization/company. We stand behind our services with our On Time Service Guarantee and Price Match Guarantee. We are happy to make site visits to your call centers and train your agents on our GDS booking tools and inform them of our policy and procedures. We have generous cancellation and change policies. We also guarantee 24 resolution of all customer complaints and disputes through your assigned account manager. There are times when things go wrong.
