We want to ensure that you know exactly how much you’re spending and where. We are completely transparent in our fees and never charge things like “STC” or “surface transportation charge”. Our rates are pre-negotiated with you in advance and are usually all inclusive of gratuities, taxes, fuel surcharges, etc. What you are quoted is what you are charged. We also offer billing to any major corporate travel card or purchase order. Of course, we never charge for GDS bookings or online reservations. We are happy to negotiate discounted rates for your organization/company. We stand behind our services with our On Time Service Guarantee and Price Match Guarantee. We are happy to make site visits to your call centers and train your agents on our GDS booking tools and inform them of our policy and procedures. We have generous cancellation and change policies. We also guarantee 24 resolution of all customer complaints and disputes through your assigned account manager. There are times when things go wrong.
